Welcome to Big Spring Ford, home of the 2015 Ford Fusion, which is now available to shoppers from Odessa, Lamesa, Midland, and Snyder, TX. Our team wants to see you in a new car and the best place to find the Ford of your dreams is right here on our lot.
Ford gives 2015 Fusion buyers a lot of power options, with three engines and two different hybrid systems available. Powertrain configurations start with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder making 175hp. Two EcoBoost turbocharged engines are also offered; a 1.5-liter I4 with 182hp and a 2.0-liter I4 liter with 240hp. The Fusion Hybrid and Fusion Energi models both use an Atkinson Cycle 2.0-liter four-cylinder, which pairs with electric motors and a lithium-ion battery pack for a total of 188hp. The standard transmission is an automatic six-speed in conventional engine models, and a continuously variable transmission comes standard in the hybrid models. The Fusion offers something that many other mid-size sedans don't: an all-wheel drive option, which is available on most trims and with most engines. The 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine gets the best mileage: 25 city/37 highway in EPA tests. The Hybrid version of the Fusion gets 44 city/41 highway, and the Energi plug-in is rated 95 city/81 highway mpgE (with regular charging).
The 2015 Ford Fusion and Fusion Hybrid can be had in three trim grades, S, SE, and Titanium; the Fusion Energi is available in SE and Titanium trims only. The Fusion S includes standard keyless entry, a rearview camera, power everything, cruise control, AC, tilt and telescoping steering, and a voice-activated Sync entertainment unit with four speakers, Bluetooth, USB/iPod integration, and audio input jack. Fusion SE models add 17” alloy wheels, rear seat AC vents, power-adjustable seats, and an upgraded six-speaker sound system with satellite radio. Option packages include SE Appearance (18” wheels, fog lights, rear spoiler), Luxury (heated leather seats) and Technology (8” MyFord Touch display, dual-zone climate control, rear parking sensors). Fusion SE buyers can also choose the 1.5-liter turbo or the sporty 2.0-liter turbo motor, which allows you to upgrade to AWD as well.
The nicest model is the Fusion Titanium, which comes fully loaded with goodies. The Titanium trim level includes all the SE features and options and the 2.0-liter turbo motor (non-hybrid cars only) as standard equipment. To that, it adds sport-tuned suspension, remote start, proximity entry, sport seats, and a Sony sound system with 12 speakers. Both the Fusion Titanium and SE (with the Luxury package) can add navigation, a sunroof, and state of the art features, like automated parallel parking assistance, as options.
